Team members simply input the basic SLO identifying information then enter their feedback and approval recommendations. A second team member then reviews and adds their information into the system. The designated director responsible for final approvals simply logs in and goes to the determination page to view a complete summary of the feedback provided by team members. Additional comment areas allow internal communication regarding status updates that do not print on the final forms.
